Large Scale Surveys

In addition to the questions and issues that benefit from small group jury research exercises, which are primarily qualitative in nature, some questions or issues are best addressed quantitatively. Large-scale surveys collect data from much larger sample sizes (e.g., 200-300 respondents per survey) to provide more statistically reliable answers to questions such as, what do people in the venue think about a specific party, does one party really have a hometown advantage, how concerned or aware are people in the venue about a specific issue or event, or what characteristics (demographic, attitudinal or experiential) correlate with certain attitudes or verdict preferences to assist with developing a data-based juror profile. When important questions are best answered with a larger, more reliable sample size, The Caissa Group will design the survey, analyze the data, and produce a report that answers those questions.
