Trial Assistance

Once a proceeding begins, The Caissa Group can continue to assist clients during and after the trial or hearing. We provide ongoing witness preparation, trial monitoring, facilitating a shadow jury, monitoring the jurors’ social media accounts for inappropriate disclosures, crafting effective closing arguments, conducting post-trial juror interviews (when permitted), and contributing to post-trial briefs that address jury- or decision making-related issues.
